Sharing your goals with a relevant specialty through
The assessment link opens ’s shared treatment request form. Describe your goals and previous treatments, then review or change the suggested specialty. Aesthetic Surgery and Dermatology are among the available areas; the assessment needed for your concern is clarified with a clinician. Follow doctor messages and video proposals in your account. Choosing a product or dose is not the role of AI specialty suggestions. You can also start with a specialist consultation to discuss options before deciding.
Separate your goal from the product
You may arrive with a product name in mind, but start by explaining the change you want. Ask why an injectable is being considered, what alternatives exist and what choosing no treatment would mean. Toxin and filler have different roles. The area, previous procedures and individual characteristics can affect the assessment. Do not assume a treatment seen on social media will be appropriate in the same form for you.
Botulinum toxin
This treatment aims to temporarily reduce activity in particular muscles. It is not suitable for every wrinkle or appearance goal. Disclose medicines, previous treatments and medical conditions; an authorised clinician determines dose and treatment area.

Dermal fillers
Fillers are used to change volume or contour in selected areas. The product, injection site and practitioner’s training matter. Alongside bruising and swelling, serious complications can include infection, vascular blockage and, rarely, loss of vision.
History to discuss at the consultation
Describe previous injections, their dates and locations, products if known, reactions and current medicines. If you do not know a product name, say so rather than guessing and ask whether earlier records are needed. Mention other planned procedures or upcoming travel when discussing timing. Do not stop or change medicines without clinical advice. You should understand why treatment is considered suitable or why postponement is recommended.
Questions before treatment
Ask for the product name and source, who will perform treatment, expected duration, alternatives and the complication plan. Non-surgical does not mean risk-free. Sudden visual changes, severe pain or breathing difficulty after treatment require urgent assessment.
Product records and follow-up contacts
Ask which records you will receive, when review takes place and how effects will be assessed. Request documentation such as product names and treated areas. Any future treatment proposed to maintain an effect is a separate decision and cost. There should be a clear clinical contact route beyond social-media messaging. If urgent assessment is needed, do not wait for an online reply.
Distinguishing clinical decisions from proposal decisions
Accepting a consultation proposal is not consent to an injection procedure. Discuss individual suitability, the practitioner, product and follow-up arrangements with the clinician. If treatment and travel are to be planned, the file can proceed to an agency proposal after clinical assessment. Review the scope and exclusions. There is no payment or reservation at initial request, and accepting a Medical Tourism proposal does not collect payment. does not replace the clinician or healthcare provider responsible for clinical assessment.
